We do our best to repair any major safety and mechanical problems, but we are human and repairs may get missed or passed on if we deem normal wear and tear for the year and miles on the vehicle. Keep in mind that pre-owned vehicles may exhibit normal wear and tear, such as rock chips, scratches, and minor interior wear. We disclose any significant wear beyond normal to the best of our ability and encourage our customers to request additional photos and/or videos from our staff for additional concerns.
